What is AlterVPN?
We issue access keys that you add to the Happ app. Happ establishes a secure connection on your device. You do not install any vendor VPN client.
Will it work in Russia?
Yes. We use a modern protocol that masks traffic and keeps the connection stable. The web dashboard opens even where Telegram is restricted.
How many devices can I use?
One key can run on several devices within your plan limit, usually up to 10 at once.
How do I pay?
By card, SBP or crypto. A free trial is available before any payment.
Connection is slow, what do I do?
In Happ pick another country or server from the list and it switches automatically.
Do I need a separate VPN?
No. You only need the free Happ app. We never ask you to install third-party or shady software.
Do you keep logs?
We keep no records of your internet activity. We store only the data needed to run your subscription. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Can I get a refund?
No refund for an already used period. If the service was not delivered due to a fault, contact support within 7 days. Terms are in the Terms of Service.
